World Breakdown:
Imperius Draconis was once your typical fantasy world. A wondrous place of heroes, villains, elves, dwarves, orcs, magic, dungeons and dragons... and more. This one in particular was populated by quite the number of dragons of all sorts of colors and sizes; the most notable being the metallic and chromatic types.
The most important part of the Imperius Draconis' history lies in the long war between humanoids and dragons. The so called heroes, though perhaps better suited to being referred to as adventurers, would often come into conflict with dragons for their treasure. The chromatic dragons were more often than not targeted as “villains”. Though a fair number of chromatic dragons did indulge in unsavory activities against humanoid-kind, there were still quite a bit more that were attacked without any provocation.
Even the metallic dragons were not safe, as the greed of adventurers would sometimes see them as uninvited guests to their lairs. It didn't help that top gold was paid for their scales as well. It wouldn't be long afterward that the dragons would all band together and declare war on the rest of the world.
The initial dragons' assault was devastating to their enemies, but it did not bring a swift resolution by any means. While a full grown dragon on its own was a powerful adversary, the humanoids grossly outnumbered dragon-kind. There was only so much damage they could do before word spread and the humanoids were able to band together to combat the menace.
Both sides had their strengths and weaknesses, but in the end the dragons were able pull through and defeat the humanoids. The dragons became masters of their world, the old name having since been lost to the passage of time, and the new age of Imperius Draconis would begin. The humanoids that survived were allowed to live, but more or less became slaves to the victors.
There were some minor territorial squabbles at first, but the ancient wisdom of long-lived dragons would soon see an accord brought forward that would ensure a peaceful livelihood. Society underwent a major change to accommodate the new way of life.
Technology began to progress at an alarming rate, and breakthroughs in magic became rather commonplace now that the dragons were making an effort to work together outside of the constant war effort that had once engulfed their world. Many a millenia passed before they made their biggest discovery...
… a way to other dimensions. Perhaps the most alarming discovery was that there were quite a number of other universes where humanoids were the ones in control. By this time, there were very few dragons left that remember the old war. While some expressed disapproval, it soon became obvious that going back to war was not an option. They had grown far too complacent to even hope to win an inter-dimensional confrontation of bloodshed.
It was fortunate for dragon-kind that the multi-versal alliance with the organization known as Confuto Ordinato was more than willing to accept a peaceful co-existence with Imperius Draconis, and in fact did not even disapprove of their enslavement of the humanoids that existed in their world. It seemed that getting involved with a world's internal politics was one of the things they absolutely did not allow as long as it did not affect other universes.

Character History:
During the war, there was one black dragon who played a key role in assassinating key figures on the humanoid side. She was recognized for her deeds at the end of the war, and granted immortality due to being the last female of her species... and because she was too picky about her mate. Or, rather, she preferred females.
This is not an application for her, however. Mitellux would eventually give birth to children once the technology of artificial insemination was discovered.
Ixthalluz is the absolute youngest of Mitellux's offspring, and the last that will ever be born from her. The clutch she was born into initially numbered at sixteen. The eldest sibling of that clutch had maintained some level of domination over his younger brothers and sister, which came to an end some years after Ixthalluz was born.
It happened one day while the clutch was alone in the lair. It was rather unusual for such a large number of dragons to even go that long without a death, especially for chromatic dragons, but the infighting suddenly erupted. Ixthalluz managed to stay relatively unnoticed... though, a few instances it became obvious that her siblings were ignoring her. The youngest certainly wasn't a threat, right?
A part of Ixthalluz, her growing pride as a dragon, was enraged by this. It was certainly a childish reaction, but she was still a child by dragon standards after all. In a surprise move, she suddenly tackled onto her eldest sibling of her clutch, clawing and biting with everything she had. Despite his gross superiority due to their age difference, Ixthalluz managed to kill her brother as the others looked on in awe. With the death of the eldest, the battle had suddenly ceased.
At the time, the others were actually frightened of Ixthalluz. However, as time went on, they began to think it was just plain luck that she had managed to defeat the eldest. Though they didn't outright try to kill her, they did began to re-assert their dominance over her. She tried to fight back at first, but it soon became obvious to her that she wouldn't be able to pull off the same feat she had against their eldest. Even when the others began fighting amongst themselves, she kept out of it. It hurt her pride, but some bit of common sense in her told her that getting involved would only see her injured... or worse. She told herself that she needed to bide her time until she could do anything.
A number of years went by like this before the others eventually moved out one by one. Ixthalluz was more than eager to follow in their footsteps, though something felt empty in her life as she finally began living in her own lair. Sitting on treasure hoards and being waited on hand and foot by servants... what kind of life was that, after the excitement of living with her siblings who might have killed her at a moments notice? As scared as she was at times, there was still something about it that she missed. And how was she supposed to prove herself?
And then, the answer became obvious: Confuto Ordinato, the multiversal organization that Imperius Draconis had allied itself with more than a millenia ago.
Thus she was accepted into their ranks, and she soon came to realize just how much more smaller she was. There were quite a few people that treated her poorly, though there were some that actually managed to befriend her.
But one day, she was transferred to another division abruptly; and for some reason receiving a gift from her mother in the form of a powerful knife... apparently Mitellux had high expectations of her, as Ixthalluz was the only one of her children to join the ranks of CO. It also might have been due to the fact that some people in her new division had some anti-dragon sentiments. Yes, Ixthalluz had something of a hard time in her new division.
During her stay at Confuto Ordinato, she had undergone many missions that help maintain the correct course of history of many world and prevent problems with the space/time continuum. Many missions were... surprisingly rather ridiculous, such as having to work at a fast food restaurant. Although some of them were more serious, involving powerful entities or organizations that wished to play with the fabric of reality for their own ignoble purposes. While Ixthalluz has certainly gained experience, most notably some ability in demolitions due to her ability in stealth, she still has much growing to do.
Changes in character from previous game: There are no changes from her time in Planeocracy, as the history covers most of that. Netherworld Academy she wasn't particularly in long enough to change.
Personality:
Ixthalluz has a rather disjointed personality. On the surface, around most species, she will try to make herself appear as strong. Her attitude may come off as having a superiority complex, but it's more of overcoming her feelings of inferiority that came with living with her siblings. Around humans, she used to quite often voice her dominance because she's a dragon. Considering humanoids are more or less servants in Imperius Draconus, this isn't entirely unusual among her kind.
However, she's very unlikely to want to fight anybody to actually prove her dominance. At heart she is something of a coward, even after everything she has been through. If forced into a fight, her first instinct is to look for a way to flee the engagement if the strength of the enemy is either unknown or clearly outmatches her. Against an enemy she is clearly stronger than, however, she will readily put them in their place.
She initially had some fascination with humanoids of other worlds, but after her experience in Confuto Ordinato she's grown somewhat wary of them except those that manage to get close to her. She's found out the hard way that it doesn't matter how small somebody is, that small body could very well be hiding the strength of somebody who could bowl her over with a thrown desk while she is in dragon form. She'll still try to act like a prideful dragon, but she's quick to flee if she feels she may be pissing off somebody who could very well be more powerful than her. She really has a strange mix of racial pride and fear, but the latter will always win out when her life is clearly in danger.
Because of her inferiority issue, she feels a strong need to prove herself. Her actions can often be thought of as rash and impulsive... and yet, it's also because of her complex that she will hold herself back if she gets the idea that pushing ahead will only get herself killed or humiliated. Speaking of being rash, it's not unusual for her to make a comments or do something that'll set off somebody she dislikes.
With other dragons, she acts somewhat differently. Due to the peace accords of her world, she generally treats other dragons with some amount of respect. Specifically, she holds high regard for her mother as well as a particularly high standing dragon from her home world. Though dragons of other worlds will really vary, depending on how much they're different from dragons she knows of. She might try to act dominate over weaker dragons, though, depending...
She really dislikes being called cute, as the dragon equates 'cute' with 'small and weak'. However, at the same time, Ixthalluz herself can be taken in by cute things... such as a cat. Cats in general she's found she's quite fond of, and will even snuggle with one in her human form if she thinks nobody's looking. Any accusations of cute or anything else she doesn't like will be met with loud protests, but ultimately she will not go too far with people who bother her in this way.
Yes, indeed, Ixthalluz is somebody that's quite easy to get under her skin for amusing reactions. If something goes wrong she'll likely start shouting, whether it's her own fault or somebody else's. If it is her fault, she may be inclined to deny it is her fault.
When it's all said and done, it's true that Ixthalluz is still quite immature. She has difficulty talking without stammering in high stress situations, she certainly has no leadership skills, and the dragon still has the “that's so unfair” reactions to things whether it's deserved or not. She also tends to be rather dishonest with her feelings, both towards others and herself.
Powers/Abilities:
Dragon - SHE IS A DRAGON. Though small for a dragon, but still, 18 feet long with a 9 foot tail, she can easily cause some serious damage. Also, can fly and has nasty claws and teeth.
Human form - She can assume a human form. Ixie doesn't retain all her strength of a dragon while like this, but she's still abnormally strong enough to surprise body builders.
Acid breath - Usable in both human and dragon form. It's... magical acid breath. Quite painful and deadly.
Some innate magical ability - She can cast magic missile, invisibility, fireball, and acid arrow
Racial abilities - Can create a dome of darkness, has the dark vision that lets her see through said darkness, water breathing, immune to acid (the flesh eating kind, not the tripping out kind), can corrupt water to be more swampy, can cause plant growth, summon a swarm of insects, and can charm reptiles.
Rogue specialization - Ixthalluz, in DnD terms, is a rogue. She's sneaky in both human and dragon forms, though dragon form is more complicated and is likely to be more successful in her natural swampy environment. She can also pick locks (including disabling electronic locks with the right equipment), disable traps, use magic items, etc.
Demolitions - She's a dragon that... knows how to use bombs to blow stuff up. Yeah.
Items on your character:
Thorazine – A cat named Thorazine
A dagger with a +5 enchantment – It's basically a dagger that's good for stabbing all sorts of things, those with and without special resistances
Confuto Ordinato PDA - An advanced PDA that... is only useful for its radar function without a connection to the CO central computer. It has unique batteries that are normally recharged through ... well, it's complicated and let's just say it's not rechargeable due to the setting.
A sapphire necklace - A gift from a close friend at Confuto Ordinato, has a minor protection enchantment.
